How it Works:

I log into a Microsoft Teams meeting at 7.30am and you can join me at any time before 9 am for as long as you want. You can literally pop in and out. 

You can: 

• Ask a question 
• Share a challenge and seek solutions 
• Asks for ideas or resources 

• Pick my brains 
• Get 10 minutes of laser focussed coaching (possibly more if no one else is on the call) 

OR you can: 

• Mute the conversation and use the session to smash out jobs you need to do – kinda like an online coworking accountability group.  

If you are around when others have a question we would love you to share your ideas, resources and opinions. 

When there is no one on the call I will be working on my stuff.

- Make performance management less onerous
- Have techniques for avoiding tough conversations and tools for when you need them.

This workshop is designed for teachers who are new to education support OR those who require support to work effectively with EAs.

• Understand the roles and responsibilities of teachers
